Famed eatery and celebrity hotspot, Sugar Factory American Brasserie, is excited to introduce its New York City expansion with its new Times Square location. “Times Square is a legendary entertainment hub and a perfect fit for our exciting restaurant filled with glitz and glamour,” shares Sugar Factory Owner, Charissa Davidovici. “From our colorful and vibrant dishes, to our over-the-top desserts, every moment at Sugar Factory Times Square will offer guests of all ages a highly memorable experience from the minute they walk in, to the minute they leave.” The two-floor venue will be centrally located on New York City’s iconic Times Square and will feature a grab and go café on the first floor with an elaborate three-dimensional floral ceiling, a marble rosé and milkshake bar, coffees, pastries, gelatos and more. The café flows into Sugar Factory’s iconic candy retail store, where guests will experience the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall that features hundreds of sweets to choose from. From the café and retail store, guests can head upstairs to the 4,000-square-foot, 100-seat main dining area and 20-seat bar featuring elaborate trims and chic moldings contrasted with natural elements such as trees, greenery-covered chandeliers, all accentuated by soft, dim soft lighting.

Sugar Factory's colorful menu features unique dishes to satisfy any craving. Exciting new brunch offerings include the Brownie Sundae Pancakes made with buttermilk pancakes with mini dark chocolate chips topped with a warm brownie, salted walnuts, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce; The Sugar Factory French Toast Monte Cristo - a sweet and savory classic french toast layered with country ham, roasted turkey, swiss and provolone cheese, dusted with powdered sugar and served with strawberry jelly, fresh berries and home fries; and much more. Paired perfectly with breakfast and brunch, Sugar Factory's Insane Iced Coffees are a photo-worthy way to add a caffeine boost to the day. These cold brew-based, lavishly-decorated drinks are topped with waffles and available in a variety of flavors.
The restaurant's elevated bar provides full-menu service complete with Sugar Factory's signature, celebrity-endorsed smoking candy goblets, including the new Tasha Baby goblet, made with raspberry, piña colada, Flecha Azul Tequila and Tasha's Rosé topped with orange gummy bears, flowers and heart-shaped gummies; and the new Pretty in Pink Goblet made with blended Tasha's Sparkling Rosé, Fletcha Azul Tequila, fresh strawberry and raspberry lemonade and topped with fluffy strawberry cotton candy and a sprinkle of glitter. All available with or without alcohol, other goblets include Rauw Alejandro's Honey Bee made with his Honey & Co Mas Miel; Mark Walburgh's Peachy Punch Sangria made with his Flecha Azul Tequila; Bruno Mars' Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai made with his SelvaRey Rum; and Nick Jonas and John Varvatos' Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila. Guests can also enjoy new Natti Natasha-inspired mimosas infused with Tasha's Rosé such as the Natti Vice Mimosa, Yummy Yummy Love Mimosa, Rom Pom Pom Mimosa, Dutty Love Mimosa, and the Diosa Mimosa.
