The Sugar Factory American Brasserie menu, created by Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski, features perfectly executed classics from benedicts and burgers to savory pizza, pasta, steaks and seafood.  Extensive dessert selections including fluffy waffles, creamy crepes and Rocky Road Pizza, are offered on behalf of Executive Pastry Chef Carol Garcia. Utilizing the extraordinary pastry team at Sugar Factory, customized cakes and desserts are offered.

Beyond the main dining room and patio of the Brasserie, Sugar Factory Café and Chocolate Lounge are considered for supreme private dining.  The Sugar Factory Café and Patio are stunning locations for smaller events as they sit under the exquisite Las Vegas sky, while the intimate setting of the Chocolate Lounge offers an alluring selection of sweet fondue and can be paired perfectly with wine or Champagne.

From Bachelor and Bachelorette parties to wedding, bridal and baby showers, Sugar Factory American Brasserie’s private dining options are virtually endless.  Individually, Sugar Factory Café holds 25 guests, Chocolate Lounge up to 45, and the main dining room comfortably seats up to 250 people.  The main dining room features an impressive dining room appointed with marble table tops, accented by chandeliers, etched mirrors, black and white imagery, and brass finishes complete with unparalleled views of the Las Vegas Strip and renowned Fountain Show.

Additionally, Sugar Factory American Brasserie has an over-the-top dessert menu featuring classic sweet treats such as house made pastries, gelato, milkshakes, sundaes, fondue and much more!

Large Private Dining - New York

Located in the heart of New York City's Meatpacking District, Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a 3,000-square-foot palace of a sweets lover’s dream, offering both sweet and savory American culinary favorites.  Sugar Factory serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night dining and of course, endless decadent desserts. 

Beyond the main dining room of the Brasserie is the SUGAR SUITE, an intimate alcove available for semi-private dining, parties, and events for groups of up to 50 people.  Parties of up to 120 people can inquire about renting the entire space.  Choose from a vast selection of perfectly paired food and drink selections, or design your own package for your next birthday, bachelorette party, Sweet 16, or corporate event.
